I can’t imagine a more beautiful, welcoming and encouraging environment to train in! Sensei Panazzola’s dedication, training and passion is experienced every class whether he’s guiding us through fundamental techniques, self defence, katas or kumité. Classes have a good variety, ample practice time and well explained techniques which keeps us engaged, well informed and continuously motivated. Karate Rocks FMA has helped improve my awareness, my strength, my endurance, my confidence, my skills AND I’m having fun doing it! 🤎

I am beyond happy that we came across Karate Rocks and decided to enroll our son. He loves it and we love it too! (So much that we travel across the city 3x a week to attend!) The first thing I noticed was that the building is extremely clean and well-kept. I then quickly realized that everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The best part though, is the instructors... they are amazing. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable and make sure that the kids are having fun and laughing, while teaching new skills and discipline at the same time. Can't wait to sign my other kids up when they're old enough! 😊

Karate Rocks is a wonderful place that has inspired my sons young mind to grow in ways that exceeds past the dojo. It truly is amazing to watch his confidence grow, and to hear him say " I am so proud of myself." I highly recommend Karate Rocks Family Martial Arts ! It was the best decision we have made! Sensei is so wonderful with the children, always making them laugh ! You MUST check it out !!

I enrolled my 7 year old here. It's been about a month or two but so far he likes it. The place is kept clean, it's fun, it's structured, and the kids enjoy themselves. You get your exercise, you learn discipline and respect, and you learn about a different culture. You get 3 drop in classes to see if it's a good fit before you sign up. There's ample parking as well. Would definitely recommend trying it out.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karate Rocks. It truly is a family environment and the lessons these kids learn while under Sensei's training go well beyond the dojo. He is firm and commands their respect, while also being fun, kind and very approachable. He gives these kids motivation and confidence unlike anything else. If you are even *thinking* about putting your child (or yourself) in martial arts, you MUST come check this place out! You'll love it!

Where to begin. We have only good things to say about Sensai Al Panazzola and the Karate Rocks Team. It's truely a great place to be! It's been a pleasure watching our boys grow under Sensai Al's tutelage.
